We allow returns and exchanges* for all orders made within the last 14 days.
Simply drop us an email with your invoice number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.
We will get back to you within the next business day.
Note: Shipping fee to send them back will be incurred by you.
I received a defective item.
We perform stringent checks on every item before sending them out.
Nevertheless, if you encounter a defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please drop us an email with a photograph proof and your invoice number.
We will provide you with the necessary details to send the item back to us for an exchange*.
We regret that we do not provide cash refunds at the moment.
All credits will be stored with Berthe Zenia.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit code from us.
You will be able to utilize the credit code for your next purchase.
