Drop us an email with your invoice number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.
We will get back to you with specific instructions within the next business day.
Please note that refunds will be provided in the form of store credits, which you will be able to utilize for your next purchase.
I received a defective/incorrect item.
We perform stringent checks on every item before sending them out.
Nevertheless, if you believe that you have received a defective/incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please drop us an email with a photograph proof and your invoice number.
Upon acknowledgement, we will provide you with the necessary details to send the item back to us for an exchange*.
If the replacement item is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
Note: Measurement variations of up to 0.8 inch are not considered a defect.
What is Store Credit?
Store credit is credit in the form of electronic voucher, which you can apply for your next purchase.
Store credit has a lifetime validity period and is strictly non-refundable.
No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. If you are unable to fully utilize the store credit in a single transaction, please contact us.
